The TRUMPF TRUMATIC L2530 (2001) CO2 laser cutting machine was successfully exported from Spain to Egypt, supporting the expansion of a leading industrial and assembly company.
One of the primary challenges of this project was preparing the machine for maritime transport. Given the delicate nature of laser cutting technology, ensuring the equipment remained fully protected against humidity, corrosion, and vibration during transit was critical. VANTO MACHINES employed specialized packaging and anti-corrosion treatments, reinforcing key components to withstand the rigors of long-distance sea freight.
Upon arrival, our team coordinated the reassembly and calibration to guarantee the machine was ready for immediate operation, reinforcing our commitment to providing end-to-end logistical and technical solutions.
This project highlights VANTO MACHINES’ expertise in global machinery relocation and our ability to adapt to the specific demands of maritime export logistics.
