The TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 5000 (2008) laser cutting machine was exported from Spain to Saudi Arabia to boost the production capabilities of a major company in the telecommunications and power transmission sector.
This project presented exceptional challenges due to the extreme climatic conditions at the installation site. Although the machine was equipped with the Tropical version (43ºC) for high-temperature environments, the reality during assembly saw temperatures soar to 52ºC. This created unforeseen operational risks for the laser system.
To mitigate these challenges, VANTO MACHINES collaborated closely with the client to design and implement a custom cooling solution. Our team devised a specialized refrigeration system, ensuring the laser machine could perform reliably under such intense heat. This solution was key to overcoming temperature fluctuations and safeguarding long-term operational stability.
The project underscores VANTO MACHINES’ ability to adapt and innovate in the face of environmental constraints, delivering not just machinery but complete, tailored solutions to ensure optimal performance in extreme environments.
